Yvette has been an invaluable addition to The Law Offices of Debra D. Rainey, since October 2009. As our internal Investigator and Paralegal, Yvette assists in preparing criminal defenses by interviewing clients, locating and interviewing prospective witnesses, and serving legal documents. She also collects information on the parties to litigations, photographs crime scenes, and assembles evidence and reports for trials. As our Community Resource guru, Yvette provides social services support and has expert knowledge of local community resources and programs as they relate to the needs of our client base. This includes temporary housing via local community programs, rehab, public benefits, mental health services and more. Yvette is currently enrolled in an accelerated duel Bachelor's/Master’s program at a local university where she is majoring in Social Work/Human Services. She graduated from The Center for Community Education at Eastern University with a Paralegal Diploma in June 2009. The program, under the Direction of Founder, The Honorable Judge Jimmie Moore ~ Philadelphia County Municipal Court) was designed specifically to assist ex-offenders with training in an invaluable profession and to assist the ex-offenders in obtaining employment. Yvette has surpassed the stigma of being labeled an “ex-offender” and continues to assist Debra D. Rainey, Esq. in her quest to support the community at large. Yvette is an invaluable asset to our firm and to the diverse needs of our client base. Business Manager Renée Norris-Jones, M.S. Renee holds a Masters Degree from Drexel University, and has a background in Business Consulting, Accounting, Marketing, Design, and as an Entrepreneur. Previous owner of Chef-d'oeuvre, a manufacturer of fine gift and stationery lines with worldwide distribution; Renee served as Project & Design Director with clients including Oprah Winfrey and designed some custom work for the theatrical opening for The Phantom of the Opera in Washington DC. Renee is also an Adjunct Professor at several universities, a Grant Writer, and a contributing writer for several design publications.

As the Business Manager for The Law offices of Debra D. Rainey, Renee manages all Accounting, Marketing, and Community Outreaches for the firm. Renee has been with the firm since its inception.
